Found a bug, have an idea, or want to talk business? Here's how to reach me and what to include.

CurvedTextMaker is run by a single developer. Email is the only support channel, and it goes straight to the person who wrote the code. There’s no helpdesk queue and no chatbot — just one inbox.

[email protected]

Usually replies within 2–5 business days, sometimes longer when life gets busy.

What to include in your email

The more specific you are, the faster I can help. A short, focused email beats a long, vague one.

Bug reports

  • What you were trying to do (e.g., “draw a circle and export”);
  • What happened instead (error message, blank export, weird artifact);
  • Browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone);
  • The exact text and shape settings you used, if relevant;
  • A screenshot, if you can attach one.

Feature requests

  • The problem you’re trying to solve, not just the feature you want;
  • Any workaround you’ve tried so far;
  • Why it matters to your workflow.

I read every request and keep a short list, but I can’t promise timelines. Features that fit the “focused curved-text tool” scope are more likely to ship than ones that turn this into a full design suite.

Business, partnership, and press

  • Who you are and what organization you’re with;
  • What you’re proposing, in one paragraph;
  • Any relevant deadline.

I’m not interested in link exchanges, “SEO partnerships,” paid placements, or content-for-cash offers — please don’t send those. Genuine product collaborations and press inquiries are welcome.

Privacy & data requests

For any request related to the Privacy Policy — including access, correction, deletion, or opting out of advertising cookies — please include the word “Privacy” in your subject line so it’s easy to find.

What I can’t help with

  • Recovering lost designs. The editor runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. If you closed the tab without exporting, the design is gone — there’s nothing for me to retrieve.
  • Design feedback on your projects. I’d love to, but I just don’t have the bandwidth. The blog covers a lot of common questions instead.
  • Issues with a third-party tool. If your export isn’t opening in Canva, Photoshop, or another app, please check that app’s support first.

Before you email

A few common questions are already answered in the FAQ on the home page and in the blog. If your question is about how to use a feature, those pages are the fastest place to look.
