How CurvedTextMaker handles your data — short, plain English, no surprises.
This Privacy Policy explains what information CurvedTextMaker (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use curvedtextmaker.com (the “Site”), how that information is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
CurvedTextMaker is a client-side tool. The text you type, the paths you draw, and the images you upload into the editor are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers. We do not require an account, and we have no way to recover your designs if you close the tab without exporting them.
The only situation in which you voluntarily share information with us is when you email us at [email protected] — for example, to report a bug or request support. The contents of those emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve the conversation.
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and advertising partners may automatically record:
We use a small set of cookies and browser storage to keep the Site working and to serve ads:
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Disabling advertising cookies will not break the tool itself.
We rely on the following third parties. Each one operates under its own privacy policy:
Not a list of every vendor. The list above covers the services that can access data when you browse the Site. If we add or change a vendor that materially affects your privacy, we’ll update this page.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
Server-side logs kept by our hosting and ad partners are retained according to their own policies (typically 30–90 days for ad-related logs; up to 13 months for some analytics-style aggregates). Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve the issue and respond to follow-ups.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar state laws. These rights may include:
Because we are an independent developer and the editor runs entirely in your browser, we typically hold very little personal information. To exercise any of the rights above, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 days.
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We do not allow personalized advertising to be served to users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland who identify as under 18, in line with Google’s policies on serving ads to teens.
The Site is available globally. If you access it from outside the country where our hosting and ad partners operate, your information may be transferred to a country with different data-protection laws. By using the Site, you consent to those transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we’ll also note them on the Site or notify you where appropriate.
